New owners, new systems

Since March 2017, Edzard Poppema has been co-owner of De Budde, and he immediately chose a new visual identity along with new systems. At the old Budde, reservations were received by phone and email and written down in a large appointment book. For the new Budde, Edzard had something very different in mind. DISH Table Reservations provides Edzard with the complete overview of reservations for his terrace, restaurant, or event space that he was looking for.

Overbookings are prevented

For Edzard, it’s ideal that all reservations come in at one place and that his staff can see at a glance who has reserved what, when, and where. With DISH Table Reservations, all walk-ins are also registered. This prevents overbookings. Edzard controls the timing himself and can turn tables multiple times per evening.

Full control over lunch and dinner service

What also works extremely well at De Budde is the ability to set reservation options yourself. For example, after 5:00 PM, reservations can only be made by phone, and the number of guests who can book online per time slot is predefined. In this way, Edzard and his team manage lunch and dinner themselves. The kitchen has a clear idea of how many ingredients need to be purchased, and the service team is aware of any dietary requirements.
