1. New day view

The new day view provides clear insight into personnel costs per location, branch, department, and role, and gives an overview of contract hours per employee per week and per payroll period. Additionally, it has become easier to copy day schedules and perform group actions, such as validating working hours and adding notes. Another new development is the automatic claiming of open shifts, where you can specify whether an open shift may be filled automatically based on a ‘first come, first serve’ principle.
 

2. New permissions system

With the new permissions system, you can now create roles with specific permissions and assign them to employees. This not only makes it easy to assign permissions, but also gives you a more accurate overview of your employees’ rights and access levels.
 

3. New, more extensive reporting features

The advanced reporting features provide a clear overview of all hour types at the department level, with or without personnel costs. This enables even more precise planning and more efficient operations. Key features include grouping options by department, employee, or cost center, a complete selection of hour types in the report, and filter options based on tags or location. Additionally, there is an expanded export function to CSV or Excel, and you can set a flexible factor for the costs of hour types and allowances, such as setting a percentage for partial compensation of sick days.
 

4. Expanded integrations and updated endpoints in combination with Power BI

In addition to payroll integrations, DISH Staff Planner also offers connections for forecasting and budgeting. We also enable the integration of Business Intelligence into Workforce Management, so you can benefit from data-driven and automated scheduling now and in the future.

The API endpoint for employee data makes it easy to synchronize this information with other applications. This includes master data, labels, and Rex-O-Matic card numbers, allowing Rex-O-Matic cards to be automatically linked to employees in other applications without the need for manual authorization.
 

5. Secure login with Single Sign-On
