All three allow you to let your guests easily make online reservations and manage those reservations digitally with ease. Choosing the Business or Expert package also gives you access to three new features: a unique waitlist function, a convenient newsletter module, and the ability to request valuable feedback from your guests. Want to work with deposits? In the Business package, deposits cost €0.99 each. In the Expert package, deposits are completely free.

'Reserve with Google' is a service from the search engine giant that allows guests to book a table directly from search results and Google Maps. Thanks to our integration, your reservation calendar is connected. Reservations made through Google, just like those from your own website or Facebook, are immediately visible in your reservation system. You get a single overview of all reservations and the time slots still available in your restaurant.
There are various standard email messages in the system that can be sent manually or automatically. The layout, text, and preferences can be customized as desired. If you want to confirm a table reservation for your guests or, for example, send a review reminder via SMS, you can purchase SMS bundles from us for this purpose.
To prevent no-shows, you can easily charge all or part of the amount in advance. The deposit can be set per reservation, guest, or package. To process deposits, we work with Stripe. Using your Stripe account, you can link a deposit to each reservation or service. To set up the integration, we require the Publishing key, Secret key, and Signing key from your Stripe account.
