Integrity and compliance with applicable laws and internal company guidelines are of paramount importance within Eijsink and a priority for the METRO Management Board. That is why all employees and members of DISH and METRO are required to act in accordance with applicable law, the METRO Business Principles, and company guidelines—everywhere and at all times.
This whistleblower system has been set up to receive reports of violations observed within Eijsink and METRO. It is accessible to DISH and METRO employees, as well as external third parties such as customers or business partners.
The system offers the option of reporting incidents anonymously. However, you can also choose to identify yourself, as this facilitates the quick and efficient handling of investigations. All reports are treated with the utmost confidentiality, and whistleblowers are protected as a matter of course.
Your report helps to clarify misconduct, enables DISH and METRO to respond quickly to violations, and contributes to consistent adherence to integrity within the company.
How do we deal with reports
