No-Show card guarantee
No-shows can be frustrating and costly. Introducing the No-Show card guarantee for DISH Professional Reservation: with this feature, you can request guests to enter their payment details when making a reservation. If the guest does not show up nor cancels in time, you charge a predetermined fee.
How it works
As a DISH Professional Reservation user, you’ll be asked to complete a quick verification process with our payment provider. Once verified, you can start using the feature in your reservation system. You can set up the party size to apply the No-Show card guarantee to, and can set the amount.
For example, you can set it up so the card guarantee is only necessary for reservations of 4 guests or more and set the no-show fee to 25 € per person. In case of a no-show, you can always decide if want to charge the card of the guest or not.

Yes. With our reservation solution, your guests receive automatic booking confirmations and reminders per email. This helps avoiding no-shows and improving your occupancy rate.
Potential no-shows can be effectively prevented by sending reminders to guests. Additionally to the reservation confirmation email, you can send out reminder SMS messages to your guests with the Premium SMS Package add-on.
With the No-Show card guarantee add-on, you can also ask guests to provide payment information when making a reservation, allowing you to charge a fee in case of no-show.
No. In case of a guest not showing up for a reservation, you can always decide if you want to charge the no-show fee or not.
The payment verification process with our payment partner usually takes between 1 to 3 business days to complete.
