It's available as an add-on for all customers with a DISH Professional Reservation or DISH Premium subscription.
When a call can't be answered, whether because the staff is busy or the restaurant is closed, the AI-phone assistant steps in. It answers the call, notes down the reservation details, and automatically creates the booking in the DISH account. During setup, you receive a separate phone number that you can forward your main restaurant line to, giving you full control over when the assistant takes over.
Your phone assistant can be reached via a dedicated phone number and through call forwarding. You can turn it on or off at any time.
Pricing consists of a one-time activation fee of 99,00 €, a monthly fee of 9,90 €, plus 0,35 € per answered call. The add-on can be cancelled monthly.
Please be aware that this add-on involves two separate contracts, one with DISH for the subscription and one with our partner for usage-based call billing, both of which need to be cancelled separately if you want to end the service.
